I can't tell in general. I've not had any reports of similar from users on
my own servers, but you'll be handling more traffic than me. Probably worth
your while scanning logs for other yahoo destinations, in case they run
similar platforms in other countries.
I have seen a related breakage, where Google and a few others have
mis-implemented TLS 1.3 - but this Yahoo one is non-TLS.
Sadly, it's not worth even informing an 800lb gorilla they're doing somthing
wrong.
