r1315 fixes this one too, so I'd say it's a duplicate of BUG 2762 / BUG 2763.
If you want to try it out, you must pass the --jit option to configure in order
to enable JIT. (If you're using CMake, try passing -DPCRE2_SUPPORT_JIT=ON.)
Anyways, you'll have an output confirming that JIT is enabled.
