hi, dear pcre maintainer. My company is using pcre and it is a great library.
But I want to make sure that what is the pcre' license, BSD 3-clause licnse, or
pcre license && BSD 3-clause licnse. PCRE license is a formal license？Should I
consider the pcre license From the perspective of legal affairs?
