I'm considering a change to the default for retry_use_local_part. Currently,
as the docs say, the default is "true" only when check_local_user is. Adding
"or any of local_parts, condition, local_part_prefix, local_part_suffix,
senders
or require_files are set (to anything)" feels like it would be safer. It'd
still
be possible to set a value overriding the default.
