How often do you run the queue? Do you log the info that you
are running the queue?

Immediadiately after receipt?

main config option queue_only_load ? deliver_queue_load_max ?
queue_only_file ? smtp_accept_queue ?
smtp_accept_queue_per_connection ?

ACL control = queue_only ?
