When using multiple queues, exiqgrep only searches in the main queue and there
is no option to specify other queues as is possible via "-qGfoobar" for the
main exim4 binary.

It would be nice to have a selection criterion to specify or even regexp match
on the queue name with the possibility to select all queues.

Alternatively an option to directly specify the queue would also be fine.
