I use exim-geoipv6.dlfunc from
https://dist.epipe.com/exim/

To get the GeoIP-CC I use:
           set acl_c_geoip_country_code = \
                         ${dlfunc{/opt/exim/lib/exim-geoipv6-dlfunc.so}\
                         {geoip_country_code}{$sender_host_address}}

The only backdraw I see is that it is quite old and uses the meanwhile
deprecated GeoIP API.
