That's odd - SVN seems to have it:
$ svn status -u testdata/testoutput8-16-4
Status against revision: 991
AHA! There is a typo in the Makefile.am file in the list of additional
files to add to the distribution. It lists testoutput8-16-3 twice. This
has been there since 10.21 (2.5 years old) but nobody seems to have
noticed. I don't suppose many people build in that configuration. I have
fixed it and committed the patch, so it will be in the 10.32 release.
