Yes. I don't know who/why.
from_is_list has been set to 1 (Mailman, General options)
Before, we just had set the DMARC-specific options (Mailman, Privacy
options, Sender filters).
I _suspect_ that it was a mistake when someone was hunting for options
to fix an apparent missing filter.
