Subject: [exim-dev] [Bug 2159] using -f "" AND multiple .forward files causes frozen mail

--- Comment #6 from Graeme Vetterlein <graeme.exim4@???> ---
By pure coincidence, a short while after updating this bug report. The
"original" forwarded (not the test example I was showing, the one which
triggered my searching) arrive on my gmail account. Looking at logs
(/var/log/exim4/mainlog ) :

root@mymailhost

2017-08-24 16:08:55 1dkF9A-000566-CN Message is frozen

Look at the mail finally received at gmail, I see:

Received: from mail by mymailhost.home with local (Exim 4.80)
    id 1dkBdt-0004oA-Ii; Tue, 22 Aug 2017 16:03:01 +0000

(ie only one of the unfrozen IDs ... the other might be unrelated, I guess)

also:

Received: from mymailhost.home ([84.92.34.227])
    by avasout02 with smtp
    id 148u1w0014u22BY0148vTe; Thu, 24 Aug 2017 17:08:55 +0100

So it hung around for two days, go unfrozen and worked.
