Thank you, replacing $h_from with $rh_from did solve my issue.

I can't find anything regarding $rh_from in exim doc (?)

${address:$h_from:} fails on this header (only when coma character is in
header) while ${address:$rh_from:} works ok. Did not manage to reproduce on
command line. Bug or not a bug?
