continue_more is set when we know some later messages will be sent to the same
host. Given that, we need to close down TLS if we'll be using a new process.
I think we do, but a careful check of the debug output (which I've not seen
yet)
should tell. If we do, this fix is about right (except that the devel HEAD has
introduced some complexity in that area of code).
