Depends on the method you're using. If you're using the data acl, the
message doesn't come back, spamassassin just reports the score.

At this point you may set acl_m_XXX variables.

The routers can evaluate the acl_m_XXX variables and select
a proper transport. Or - depending on the transport - you may even use
the acl_m_XXX variables in the transport section.

I'm not sure if I got it or which concept you're talking about.
