Thanks for starting the release process.
It builds ok and seems to work for me (see headers ;-), it does not
advertise itself as 4.82, though:
ametzler@argenau:$ /usr/sbin/exim4 -be '$version_number'
4.80_230-b1f3784
Also the txt docs are empty:
