Source address rotation or randomization can be easily done on Linux
with iptables (by SNAT), as was already noted by Heiko Schlittermann.
I use such approach to make load balancing for several ISP channels.

However, address rotation bring up other problems, for example, with
greylisting on recipient's side. Their solution is much more complex
then the initial problem of address rotation. It seems pointless to
continue discussion in this way until topic starter explains what is
his problem and why he want to solve it via source address rotation.
