If I remove the following directive from static/doc/chapter.css, it
fixes it:
dl dd dl
{
margin-left: -180px;
}
Presumably it exists for a reason though and removing it would break
something else? I don't really have any more time to look at this today
and I'm going to be offline for a week starting tomorrow.
