Unicode version 6.1.0 has been released [1] recently, so PCRE should be
updated. I'm going to attach a couple of patches that implement this.

I followed the instructions in the maint/README file, but ran into one problem:
the ucptest.c programme doesn't compile (that's fixed easily enough, the 2nd
patch below does this), but it segfaults when run, even on unmodified PCRE,
i.e. *before* update to unicode 6.1.0. Is this programme still intended to be
used?
