I am wondering whether it would be possible to build both libraries in the same
time (provided if both are enabled). All general C files would be compiled to
16 postfixed object files, and are linked to a 16 postfixed library. All
executables would gain a 16 postfix as well.
Configure and cmake experts, does it possible?
We should start with the build system update (even if the 16 postfixed files
would contain the same library now).
