That last entry looks suspicious. Have you by any chance set the
smarthost to "mail.gandi.net:465"? If so, what you've created is a list
containing two items - "mail.gandi.net" and "465" - which would match the
debug output above.
You need to double the colons - i.e. mail.gandi.net::465.
