improved patch (still no conversion)
I improved my patch a bit:
*) disabled the SIZE= usage condition for now
*) LMTP support (no conversion, too)
*) logging support
*) log_selector "8bitmime" enables...
*) M8S=x in source log lines
*) M8D=x/x in destination log lines
first x is same as in source
second x is mode supported and used at destination host
x = 0 ... 8BITMIME not used/supported
7 ... 7BIT
8 ... 8BITMIME
I did the logging stuff to get numbers on how many connection really use this
features at all.
