Exim Specification: §44.1, §44.11, §44.16
Short version: if not specified, the $authenticated_id is assumed to be
a local_part, and is qualified by $quality_domain. You can specify an
alternative domain, including the empty string, which means that the
$authenticated_id is a complete email address.
