interface works fine with IPv6 here. Specifically, I use:

interface = <; ${if
isip6{$host_address}{2001:470:1f07:85d::beef}{97.107.136.195}}

What version of Exim are you using, and more importantly, *exactly* what
is contained inside domeny_interfejs.txt?
