Make docbook2texi executable name configurable.
On Debian the executable docbook2texi is the one from docbook-utils. Exim
requires the corresponding executable from docbook2X which Debian installs as
docbook2x-texi. The attached makes it possible to simply use this executable by
using
$(MAKE) DOCBOOK2TEXI=docbook2x-texi spec.html
