Not seeing very much good news attmpting to traceroute your server.

Suggest you locate a looking glass (see http://traceroute.org)
'near' whichever Interfax host is sending to you, and traceroute to your
server from close to where Interfax is origination trafic to you.

Exim cannot repair networks, but can be made patient enough to wait them out.

However - the other side also has to be willing to do so as well.
