That looks like a corrupt filesystem to me. You might want to do a
filesystem check to get your system into a stable state. After that,
try to do exim -M 1LOtCx-0000T2-0E. If that doesn't work still, delete
the message, exim -Mrm 1LOtCx-0000T2-0E.
