[exim] $acl_verify_message - comment and question

I noticed that acl_verify_message only lives in the current block and I
have to sabe itto a variable (acl_m_verify_message) if I'm going to use
it elsewhere.

And a quick question on string parsing. If I have a string with a
newline in it (abc\ndef) what's an easy way to extract the second line?
