Addendum:
03_Client1_Certificate and 04_Client2_Certificate are also located in
/usr/share/ca-certificates and loaded into /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificats.crt
per the instructions in exim4.conf.template. I have confirmed they are listed
in /etc/ca-certificates as well and symbolic links (as .pem) were created for
them in /etc/ssl/certs.
