macro patch, with admin_user restriction
Okay, admin_user is set before readconf_print() is called so it's trivial to
restrict macro printing to admin users. *phew*
This revised patch requires admin privs to get any macro information, even a
list of the defined macros. If someone thinks it's reasonable to be able to
get the names, it's easy to move the check when you commit to CVS.
No documentation written yet, since that's another CVS repository and I've yet
to tackle that.
