I tried just coping pcretest & pcregrep directly to /usr/bin, and it
seemed to work.

$ /usr/bin/pcregrep -V
pcregrep version 7.6 2008-01-28

$ /usr/bin/pcretest -C
PCRE version 7.6 2008-01-28
