Yes. It's an expanded string though; Vincent Stemen provided an example
of how he uses this with a lookup file for per-netblock raised limits;

For a hard-coded one-off limit instead of the external lookup file,
${if match_ip{$sender_host_address}{+my_hostlist} {20}{4}}
where +my_hostlist might be +relay_from_hosts or whichever hostlist
matches your home connection. I like Vincent's approach though, for the
general ability to deal with arbitrary known heavy senders.
Sorry for not thinking it through. Mind, the reserve hosts will ensure
that you'll always be able to get mail out even when the server is being
hammered by others, so it's not a complete loss.
