You need to define what you mean by 'use' - if you mean 'listen for
SMTP connections', then the main configuration option
'local_interfaces' will help.
If you mean 'orignate outbound SMTP connections', then you need the
'interface' option on your remote SMTP transport.
On the other hand, if you mean something else entirely, you'll need to explain.
