[exim] iis smtp problem

i have a problem when i use iis smtp 
set smarthost to my exim mailserver i have add iis public ip to  hostlist   relay_from_hosts = 
when i send message to my localhost user
all failed
i find log about 
 Sender verify failed
i have mark below
#  require verify        = sender
then i retry , but still failed
someone can tell me how to solve this problem ?:)
