[exim] retry rule in exim.conf question

hi,

if in exim.conf I have several retry rule in exim configuration files:

* * F,2h,10m; G,10h,1h,3; F,2d,6h
* * F,2h,15m; G,10h,1h,1.5; F,2d,6h
* * F,2h,15m; G,16h,1h,1.5; F,4d,8h

which one will be run first ? and i wonder whether the second and the third
rule will be executed or not...
