It's busy. You've got some sort of resource limiter (you don't say what
OS you're using, nor the version of Exim, but I'm guessing it's PRM)
running which is picking up that Exim is processing several (probably
incoming) messages at once.
This isn't an Exim problem per se; you need to reconfigure your resource
limits in your OS so that Exim doesn't get killed. Apparently PRM has an
ignore list; you probably want to use that.
If you don't know how to configure PRM you'll need to ask elsewhere.
