[exim] Compact $spam_report

Hi all and happy new year !

I'm using exim with spam assassin as a deamon.
Whenever a mail is marked as spam or not, I add a header X-Spam-Report
which has the value of $spam_report .

This feature is great for debugging purpose, but I found it too verbose.

Is there a way to have a compact form of the spam report ? For
instance, just a line with <score> <test_name> , ..
