I had the same problem.. and submitted to their abuse and got back automated
messages saying the same thing.. Even after contacting a human all I got
back was the bulk standard its an invalid HELO, try these things.

What it took was someone to contact them on the phone in the states and get
it delsited, but they never told us why it was being rejected (our HELO/EHLO
was 100% RFC complient)
