[exim] where to set delay_after_cutoff

Hello,

I have seen in archives then read in the manual that there is a
delay_after_cutoff option which defaults to true. I would like to change
it to false because it makes more sense for my needs. However, I tried
setting it first in Transports as suggested in FAQ 620, then in the main
section and finally in retry configuration.

Each time exim -bV tells me it is wrong. Where do I set it then?
