Also works fine for me on CentOS 4 - built using the same sources and
spec as RHEL 4 - using the maildir_format option with the following
transport configured in exim.conf:
local_delivery:
driver = appendfile
directory = $home/Maildir
create_directory
maildir_format
delivery_date_add
envelope_to_add
return_path_add
