You mean the "random" feature of callout?
What does the spec.txt say and how would you want it modified?
I think you could approach it from that angle, although I know people
could do all sorts of things with Exim, like one that Kistner showed
here yesterday (Subject: Re: [exim] Q0605 and lists?).
