YES - the tools of the general type needed are in Exim. Note that it builds its
own 'hints' DB.

NO - those built-in tools are not, AFAICS - available to us in any way, shape,
or form for writes or DB creation.

ISTM that it could be 'made possible'.... but is not so at present.

I could be wrong, and I wish and hope so, as I could use such myself.
