You did not change the exim config, yes? But you probably built the new
exim differently than you did the 4.60, like missing the
Content_Scanning bits. Since both binaries still exist (possibly) on
your box, let's see the output of
/path/to/exim-4.60 -bV
/path/to/exim-4.63 -bV
