[exim] Disable Local Delivery

i have a domain who's form mail is hosted on a server separate from the email
server and the form keeps trying to send the email locally. how do i disable
local mail delivery for just the one domain? i tried renaming and chmoding
the /etc/valiases/domain.name to 000 but this did not work. any and all help
is much appreciated.
