[exim] Seeing which user authenticated

Hi, List!

When a user authenticated with LOGIN or PLAIN, I can see, in exim_mainlog the
username used by the client (A=fixed_login:<user> or A=fixed_plain:<user>).

If the user decides to use CRAM-MD5, I just see A=cram:, but no username.

How can I say Exim to debug the username for CRAM authenticated users too?
