Here are the two lines in one of my servers which handles that part. Replace
my net-definition as required.

domainlist custom_relay_from_hosts = 10.4.1.2 : 192.168.0.0/24
hostlist relay_from_hosts = 127.0.0.1:+custom_relay_from_hosts

Uhm, sorry, but I (personally) do not understand this bit. What do you want
to achieve?
