Vacation to a local user with no entry in the /etc/aliases file works fine.
With an entry in the aliases file, there is no delivery of the vacation
file. There is no error. There must be something documented somewhere, but
I can not find it.
exim is in queue only due to mailscanner, so debug is more difficult, the
'exim -d -odb -bt username' is showing the same for the two users.
testja works, ccsqjal fails.
