Some of our clients have been quite happy with Subscribe Me Pro.
Which uses local injection with the sendmail alias.
But if I were you, Juuso, I'd be much more considerate of sending the
messages at a speed at which exim could process them rather than
expecting exim to meet your expectations.
It all depends on the availability of the receiving servers, the speed
of their connections, whether or not they rate limit, the speed of your
connection, etc.
