a while ago I made a patch, causing Exim to set resource limits (via a
login_cap(3) library functions) when running a pipe transport.
I'm not an experienced programmer, nor I am a successful developer of
Exim. I wanted to ask you if this patch is any good, does it break
anything, is it a good way of accomplishing this task?
