I am trying to have our mail server route mail based on each individual
address.
What I want to do is have exim expand any aliases to their
"base_email_address" and then delivery the email to the correct host.
I have a mapping (cdb format right now) that looks like this:
base_email_address: mailhost
I did a little searching in the list and on google but could only find
this post

which looks like it might be close to what i want, however it is in
exim3 syntax. Is there an easier way to do this now?
I assume I'd have to do something with redirect anyway to expand the
aliases?
I'm guessing it is a simple configuration so I apologize if this has
been covered previously.
