I received a complaint from a client on my system that some e-mails they
sent did not reach the intended recipient.
I traced the msg-id of the said mail and ran it through exigrep. Below
is what I get:

What does this type of error signify??
Ultimately, it's apparent the mail was not sent to the destination
server.
