Don't know where you have host_auth_accept_relay from, AFAIR it was a
keyword in Exim3 to specify which hosts are allowed to relay after
authentication (and usually set up to *). You don't need that.
relay_from_hosts is where you put the hosts which are allowed to relay
without AUTH (in the default config).
